훌러톤장로교회(이하 “교회”)는 교회 안내 앱 “훌러톤장로교회”(이하 “앱”)를 이용하는 성도의 개인정보를 소중히 여기며, 아래와 같이 처리방침을 안내합니다.
1. 앱은 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다
이 앱에는 회원가입·로그인이 없습니다. 앱은 이용자에게 이름, 이메일, 전화번호 등 어떤 정보도 입력받지 않으며, 다음을 일절 수집하지 않습니다.
- 계정 정보(아이디·비밀번호)
- 위치 정보, 연락처, 사진첩, 마이크, 카메라
- 광고 식별자, 사용 기록, 접속 로그, 쿠키
- 기기 정보, 푸시 알림 토큰 (앱에 푸시 알림 기능이 없습니다)
앱은 이용자의 어떤 정보도 교회나 제3자에게 전송하지 않으며, 외부 분석·광고 도구를 사용하지 않습니다.
2. 앱이 보여주는 정보
앱은 교회가 매년 발행하는 종이 요람과 같은 내용을 화면에 보여줍니다.
- 성명, 직분, 전화번호, 이메일, 사진, 소속 선교회·구역
- 교회 조직(제직 명단, 부서·사역팀, 선교회·구역 편성), 교회 일정, 예배 안내
이 정보는 교회가 요람을 만드는 과정에서 성도의 동의를 받아 모은 것이며, 앱이 새로 수집하는 것이 아닙니다. 이용 목적은성도 간 연락과 교회 안내에 한정됩니다.
3. 정보가 저장되는 곳
요람 데이터는 교회가 관리하는 서버에 암호화된 파일로 보관되고, 앱은 이 파일을 내려받아 이용자 휴대폰 안에만 저장합니다. 인터넷이 끊겨도 앱이 동작하는 이유입니다. 교회 서버는 누가 어떤 교우를 열어보았는지 알지 못합니다.
4. 열람 제한
요람(교우 명단) 화면은 교회가 알려드린 접속 코드 4자리를 입력해야 열립니다. 예배 안내·교회 일정·교회 조직·주보·설교처럼 공개해도 되는 내용은 코드 없이 볼 수 있습니다.
5. 제3자 제공
교회는 앱을 통해 어떤 개인정보도 제3자에게 제공하거나 판매하지 않습니다.
6. 외부 사이트 연결
앱 안에서 교회 홈페이지, 주보, 유튜브 설교·온라인 예배로 연결됩니다. 연결된 뒤에는 해당 사이트(예: YouTube)의 개인정보 처리방침이 적용됩니다.
7. 미성년자의 정보
종이 요람과 같이 가족 구성원(자녀)의 이름과 가족 사진이 포함될 수 있으며, 이는 보호자의 동의 아래 요람에 실린 정보입니다. 이 앱은 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동으로부터 직접 정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
8. 정정·삭제 요청
요람에 실린 내용의 수정이나 삭제, 앱 게재를 원하지 않으시는 경우 아래 연락처로 알려주시면 다음 요람 데이터 갱신 때 반영됩니다. 앱을 삭제하면 휴대폰에 저장된 요람 데이터도 함께 삭제됩니다.
9. 보유 기간
앱은 교회 서버에서 받은 요람 데이터를 이용자가 앱을 삭제할 때까지 휴대폰 안에 보관합니다. 교회가 보유하는 요람 정보는교회 내규에 따릅니다.

[English] Privacy Policy — Fullerton Presbyterian Church App
Effective: August 20, 2026
Fullerton Presbyterian Church (“the Church”) respects the privacy of members who use its church directory andinformation app (“the App”). This policy explains how the App handles personal information.
1. The App collects no personal information
The App has no sign-up and no login. It never asks you to enter your name, email, phone number, or any otherinformation. The App does not collect:
- account credentials (username or password)
- location, contacts, photo library, microphone, or camera data
- advertising identifiers, usage records, access logs, or cookies
- device information or push notification tokens (the App has no push notifications)
The App transmits no information about you to the Church or to any third party, and it uses no external analyticsor advertising tools.
2. What the App displays
The App displays the same content as the Church’s printed annual directory:
- names, church positions, phone numbers, email addresses, photos, and mission group / district assignments
- church organization (officers, departments and ministry teams, mission group and district assignments),church calendar, and worship information
This information was gathered by the Church, with member consent, when the printed directory was prepared.The App does not collect it anew. It is provided solely so that members can contact one another and stayinformed about church activities.
3. Where the information is stored
Directory data is stored on a Church-managed server as an encrypted file. The App downloads that file and keepsit only on the user’s own phone, which is why the App works without an internet connection. The Church’sserver does not know which member records anyone has viewed.
4. Access restriction
The directory screen opens only after entering the four-digit access code provided by the Church. Public content— worship times, church calendar, organization, bulletin, and sermons — is available without the code.
5. No sharing with third parties
The Church does not sell or provide any personal information to third parties through the App.
6. Links to external sites
The App links to the Church website, the weekly bulletin, and YouTube for sermons and live worship. Once youfollow such a link, the privacy policy of that site (for example, YouTube) applies.
7. Information about minors
As in the printed directory, family listings may include children’s names and family photographs, published withthe consent of their parents or guardians. The App is not directed to children under 13 and does not collectinformation directly from children.
8. Correction and removal
To correct or remove a directory listing, or to request that a listing not appear in the App, please contact us at theaddress below. Changes take effect with the next directory data update. Deleting the App also deletes thedirectory data stored on the phone.
9. Retention
The App keeps the downloaded directory data on the user’s phone until the App is deleted. Directory informationheld by the Church is retained according to Church policy.
